Shipping Policy

At Padoom.com, we do our best to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you will find an overview of our shipping conditions.
1. Order Processing
Orders placed before midnight 00:00 (CET) are usually processed and shipped the next business day. Except for orders paid with the Express shipping method before 17:00 (CET), in which case the order will be shipped the same business day.
No orders are shipped or processed during weekends and holidays.
If unexpected delays occur, we will notify you by email.
2. Delivery Times
The average delivery times are:
- Belgium: 2-5 business days
- Rest of the world: 2–10 business days
Note: these are estimated delivery times with Economy shipping. The chosen shipping method, customs inspections, holidays, and carrier delays can affect the final delivery time.
3. Expedited Shipping (Express)
If you choose the Express shipping method at checkout and the order is paid before 17:00 (CET) on a business day, your order will be shipped the same business day.
Express shipments are always sent with a trackable track & trace code and typically arrive 1-3 business days faster than Economy shipping.
4. Shipping Costs
- Economy shipping for orders over €25: FREE!
- Economy shipping under €25: €2.99
- Express shipping (with track & trace): €3.99
The available options are shown automatically during checkout.
5. Maximum Delivery Time
The maximum delivery time is 30 days from the order date.
This period is an absolute maximum limit and applies only in exceptional situations (for example, severe carrier delays or prolonged customs inspections).
In practice, orders are almost always delivered significantly faster.
If you have not received your package after 30 days, please contact us so we can investigate immediately.
6. Tracking Information
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
If available, you will also receive a tracking number to follow the shipment via the carrier’s website.
7. Customs and Import Duties
For international shipments, customs fees or import duties may apply. These costs are always the responsibility of the customer. Padoom.com has no control over these additional charges.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos of the damage and packaging.
For missing packages, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Please have your order number and tracking information ready.
