Welcome to Padoom.com. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Identity of the company
Padoom.com is managed by Stuff Enough VOF, located at Hoornzeelstraat 55-1, 3080 Tervuren, Belgium. The company number is 0635.560.034 and the VAT number BE 0635.560.034. For questions, you can contact us via info@padoom.com.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer and agreement via Padoom.com, regardless of the ordering method. By placing an order, you fully accept these terms. Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing by Padoom.com.
3. Offer, prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Any shipping costs will be clearly stated before completing the order. Images and product descriptions are as accurate as possible, but slight deviations are allowed. Padoom.com reserves the right to change prices and assortment.
An order becomes final once the payment via one of our secure payment methods (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Visa, Bancontact) has been confirmed. Padoom.com reserves the right to refuse an order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or other risk indications.
4. Delivery and shipping
At Padoom.com we do our best to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you will find an overview of our shipping conditions.
4.1 Order processing
Orders placed before midnight 00:00 (CET) are usually processed and shipped the next business day. Except for orders paid with the Express shipping method before 5:00 PM (CET), then the order will be shipped the same business day.
No orders are shipped or processed during weekends and holidays.
If unexpected delays occur, we will notify you by email.
4.2 Delivery times
The average delivery times are:
- Belgium: 2-5 business days
- Rest of the world: 2–10 business days
Note: these are estimated delivery times with Economy shipping. The chosen shipping method, customs inspections, holidays, and carrier delays may affect the final delivery time.
4.3 Accelerated shipping (Express)
If you choose Express shipping during checkout and payment is completed before 5:00 PM (CET) on a business day, your order will be shipped the same business day.
Express shipments are always sent with a trackable track & trace code and typically arrive 1 to 3 business days faster than Economy shipping.
4.4 Shipping costs
Economy shipping for orders from € 25: FREE
Economy shipping under € 25: € 2.99
Express shipping (with track & trace): € 3.99
The available shipping options and associated costs are automatically displayed during checkout.
4.5 Maximum delivery time
The maximum delivery time is 30 days from the order date. This period applies only in exceptional situations, such as severe delays with carriers or prolonged customs inspections.
In practice, orders are almost always delivered significantly faster.
Have you not received your package after 30 days? Then contact us so we can investigate immediately.
4.6 Tracking information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If available, a tracking number will be provided with which you can track the shipment via the carrier's website.
4.7 Customs and import duties
For international shipments, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply. These costs are always the responsibility of the customer. Padoom.com has no control over these additional charges.
4.8 Damaged or missing packages
Did your order arrive damaged? Then contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
For missing packages, we start an investigation with the carrier. Please have your order number and tracking information ready.

5. Right of withdrawal and return policy
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of receiving their order without giving any reason. The product must, as far as reasonably possible, be unused and in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and labels.

You can register your return via info@padoom.com with your name, order number, and the item you want to return. The reason for return is optional.
Products whose seal has been broken for hygienic or health reasons, personalized or custom-made products, and digital products after delivery are not covered by the right of withdrawal. When an item is returned damaged or clearly used, a depreciation may be charged — we will always inform you about this in advance.
Once your return is received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method. Return costs are borne by the consumer, except in case of a defect under warranty or fault of Padoom.com. We do not offer exchanges. We do not provide return labels. We do not charge restocking fees.
6. Warranty
A statutory warranty applies in accordance with Belgian consumer law (at least 2 years). This warranty covers manufacturing defects and non-conformity under normal use.
7. Liability
Padoom.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the order amount, except in cases of legal liability, intent, gross negligence, or bodily injury.
8. Force majeure
In case of force majeure, such as war, pandemics, strikes, natural disasters, serious technical failures, or transport problems, obligations may be temporarily suspended for up to 30 days.

10. Privacy

11. Intellectual property
All content on Padoom.com is protected. Use without written permission is not allowed.
12. Applicable law and disputes
All agreements are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are handled by the competent court. Consumers can also use the EU ODR platform.
13. Changes
Padoom.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The applicable version is always the one in effect at the time of ordering.
