Returns Policy

At Padoom.com we strive for maximum customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied, you can easily return your order. This return policy is established in accordance with Belgian and European consumer law.
1. 30-day reflection period
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days after receiving your order without giving any reason. Within this period, you can return the product in its original condition and packaging.
2. How to register a return
First register your return by emailing us at info@padoom.com with:
- Your name and order number
- The item you want to return
- The reason for the return (optional)
After registration, you will receive clear return instructions.

4. Conditions for return shipment
- The product is unused and in the original packaging (as far as reasonably possible).
- All accessories, manuals, and labels are present.
- The return is shipped no later than 14 days after registration.
If an item is returned damaged or clearly used, a depreciation may be charged — we will always inform you about this in advance.
5. No restock fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.
6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
- Products whose seal has been broken for hygienic or health reasons
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Digital products once delivery has started
7. Refund
As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method you used. We do not offer exchanges.
If only part of the order is returned, only the relevant products will be refunded.
The cost of returning the item is generally borne by the customer, except when it concerns an error on our part (for example, defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered product). In that case, we cover the costs. We do not provide return labels.
8. 3-year warranty
In addition to the right of withdrawal, you enjoy a statutory warranty of three years at Padoom.com for manufacturing defects or non-conformity. If you experience a problem, please contact us at info@padoom.com.
