The ANYCUBIC Photon Mono is a beautiful, compact 3D printer with a medium-sized print surface (130x80x165 mm) for a very affordable price. On the front of the 3D printer, you'll find a convenient 2.8" 2K monochrome LCD screen for printer configuration.
The printer uses the SLA (Stereolithography Apparatus) technology, a rapid prototyping technique in which layer after layer of material is melted together. This process starts at the top and gradually works its way down, with each layer being hardened by the built-in UV lamp.
The printer is covered with a protective cover that protects you from the UV rays emitted by the printer. The printer is designed to be safe and user-friendly, even for beginners. When the cover is removed, it automatically stops printing to prevent accidents. For more advanced users, this feature can also be turned off in the settings.
The 3D printer features an FEP film for excellent adhesion and easy print removal. Simply unscrew the screws and replace the film.
The ANYCUBIC 3D printer was made with a sturdy metal frame and high-quality components to avoid shaking during printing and increase print quality. The printer uses UV resin: biodegradable, biocompatible and produced from renewable plant resources.
The Photon Mono printer uses Anycubic's Photon Workshop software. This software allows you to convert .stl/.obj/etc. files to *.pws or *.photon files so they can be read by the Anycubic Photon printer. The software is regularly updated so you never miss any features.
Is the power outage temporary? No problem, the printer keeps track of where you stopped printing, so you can resume printing immediately. A manual is included for safe and clean use of the printer.
